It is good to see Barr getting the press he deserves. It's people like him that sabotage justice.

Someone as incompetent, ignorant, foolish, as Trump could not survive serving in the White House without a lot of help. Corrupt, immoral help.

If he was smart, and given what he should have known about his incipient boss, Barr would have found a way to sabotage himself at his Senate AG hearings. Enabling corruption and deceit will tarnish one's legacy. Barr deserves nothing less.

He knew what he was getting himself into and he wanted more of it. If TFG hadn't gone off the deep end on his election fraud delusions Barr would have been with him to the bitter end.

He finally bailed out on Trump because he knew the planned coup would send a lot of people to prison. Barr was protecting himself from going to prison. Not because he finally found the light to do the right things. That asshole can't bullshit me.

He was pushing that ridiculous theory as far back as the Reagan administration, and was responsible for Bush I's pardoning of the Iran-Contra defendants, among other transgressions. He's always been a bad dude, in a sneaky, behind-the-scenes way. But his pet unitary executive finally got too dangerous even for him, and he realized he had to protect what was left of his reputation (and maybe his own fat ass from prison). He's as unprincipled as the rest of them; he was just smart enough to git when the gittin' was good.

that is a fool or corrupt as Barr.

George HW Bush and Ronald Reagan were facing the possibility of treason charges. Who did they call? Bill Barr.

That was in the ’80s and early ’90s, but now we discover the Bill Barr really, truly, definitely also lied to America about presidential treason this decade. Shocking.

Mueller laid out 10 prosecutable incidents of Donald Trump committing felony obstruction of justice, all to cover up the assistance he was seeking and receiving from Russian oligarchs and the Russian government that ultimately helped him win the 2016 election.

Looking back now, seeing the actual documents from the time, Federal Judge Amy Berman Jackson noted that Barr’s lies to the American people, to Congress, and to federal judges were “so inconsistent with evidence in the record, they are not worthy of credence.”

In other words, Barr lied through his teeth.
