Ken Paxton has filed Texas's 27th lawsuit against a Biden policythis one challenging HHS guidance to Medicare/Medicaid-receiving pharmacies re: abortion-inducing drugs.
By filing suit in Midland, there's a *100%* chance it will be assigned to Trump-appointed Judge David Counts.

Although this is the 18th of Texas's 27 suits that Paxton has filed in a single-judge division, it's the first time that he's singled-out Judge Counts, specifically.

He gets some batshit crazy right wing judge to grant nationwide injunctions against Joe Biden's policies. Republicans get a few news cycle for it and he gets to slow down Biden policies.
