8. Last summer a couple rich kids blew up several hundred dollars worth of the stuff in one shot.

I felt the ground shake about a mile away. Several people called 911 thinking a gas well exploded.
I don't know how that stuff could be legal, but it is. You could place it at an electrical substation and
blow it up at a distance with a rifle, I suppose. Maybe I am wrong I haven't messed with it myself?
