Another shooting in DC Metro?

A friend of my friend just texted that she's stuck on a train with an active shooter right now. In Penn Quarter. Haven't seen anything in the news about it yet.

Friend of friend says she heard an actual gun battle between a guy and cops in her train car while everyone was hiding on the floor.
