Stop feeding the trolls!
That should be the democrats' new party platform from here on out. Like this is something that I've noticed with the new generation of MAGA / America First trolls. They troll for the sake of feeding off of hate and outrage. Like they live for that shit. Our misery is their pleasure. The sign of a true psychopath.
Take a look at someone like Chaya Raichik (the Libsoftiktok social media terrorist). She was at January 6th and was clearly identified as someone who entered the Capitol. Now she makes her living off of fake outrage, doxing people and feeding off of internet conspiracy theories as an influencer. Or that group One Million Moms who gets outraged by every single little thing that might feature an LGBT character or someone with an independent thought who doesn't fit the Murdoch christofascist white supremacist alpha male mold. Or that baker in Colorado who keeps denying LGBT people wedding cakes.
Stop feeding these people! Don't give them your outrage or give them airtime. It just amplifies their message and inspires copycats who will do further damage. Just block their nonsense, report, and move on. It's way past time to cut off and starve the trolls. Don't click on the clickbait. It's called that for a reason. Flip past any right wing garbage you see on social media. Block any advertisers who amplify this crap. Report Youtube channels, social media accounts, and downvote anything right wing that might pop up on whatever feeds you might have. These people got to where they are because we give them the attention they crave. We can win this fight by cutting them off and ignoring them. If they're the trolls, we can be the anti-trolls. We have the power!
