possibly coming to their fruition soon to me one thing is clear. Whomever jumps the gun first better have as close to an iron clad case as possible. The hush money case scares the shit out of me because it's the weakest IMO and honestly I have a hard time trusting Bragg. IMO if the Fat Man gets vindicated out of the gate we're screwed. If he gets found innocent before these other, more damaging IMO cases get going, the J6 stuff is going seem like kids at army camp.
I just hope whomever goes after him first has as close to 100% as possible of nailing him. Nothing will stick on this slimy fucker if they don't. That's why I'm patient, as hard as it is.

(10,900 posts)It's not necessarily a "weak" case by legal standards. It should be easily proven. But yes, it is basically a garden variety payoff scheme. It'll be interesting to see if they go beyond just elevating the misdemeanor into a felony.
Still, the mug shot will be priceless and it should make it easier for the next indictments to drop.

(53,778 posts)the case he declined to follow through on, the one where prosecutors Carey Dunne and Mark Pomerantz resigned, was the stronger case as it was a paper case with much documented evidence of trump manipulating property values down to either get lower taxes on properties, or higher to get larger bank loans.
Not good, and it looks like even it the Stormy Daniels case is proven, it's just a misdemeanor and will yield no jail time.
Is he only picking up this Daniels bribery case against "Individual One" because he knows he screwed up by not letting the Dunne Pomerantz case go forward?
