Federal judges orderin two lawsuits, one by FIRE, the other by @ACLU & @NAACP_LDFdirecting Floridas public universities not to enforce the law remains in place. Professors must be able to discuss subjects like race and gender without hesitation or fear of state reprisal.
Any law that limits the free exchange of ideas in university classrooms should lose in both the court of law and the court of public opinion.
FIRE filed its lawsuit in September.
"Without the freedom to engage in vigorous and robust debate about important issues and contentious concepts, a college education is just an exercise in memorizing facts and repeating government-approved viewpoints," said FIRE attorney @adamsteinbaugh. "That's not freedom or education."

Both have recently used the state legislature to eliminate elected city officials of school boards and courts in order to impose unelected Republican rule on citizens.

to see how malleable they are and try to get as much as they can to "stick". Then anything that does "stick" will be templated for other RW loon states to use.
