Policy-wise, Kasich is no better than Trump. He just likes to pretend he's reasonable. He's really fucking loathsome and despicable.

He is aligned exactly with the GOP policies to take away our : bodily autonomy, voting rights, civil rights, educational integrity…I could go on.

...was a guest. He made Kasich look like the fool he was (and is). Fox gave the show a totally corny name just like you would expect. I think it was called something like From the Heartland.

Anyway, Kasich at one point said something insulting enough that Malloy just ripped off his mike, threw it on the ground, and walked off the set. (He was on a remote set, which made recovering from that even more difficult for Fox. Good.).

Apparently the passage of time has resulted in Kasich reevaluating at least some of the disordered thinking that plagued his younger career. Though as I read some of the other posts here, it does still seem to be the case that a leopard never changes its spots.
