"A campaign that divides America according to adoration or detestation of Trump"

Subject line is a quote from Trump's campaign 2024 campaign strategy revealed — and it's even worse than his first 2 campaigns

Here's the part of this that I don't understand.

Joe Biden beat Trump by over 7 million votes in 2020.

I don't believe that every single voter, without exception, who voted for Trump in 2020 will vote for him in 2024.

I do understand gerrymandering

I do understand voter suppression.

And in 2024, Kamala Harris will still be VP, so there will be no way to pressure the VP into flipping the election for Trump.

Let's say the Biden voters show up in force.

2016 taught me to never say "It could never happen."

But other than voter apathy among non-Trump fans, how the hell could he win? Would America REALLY buy his "I AM YOUR RETRIBUTION" bullshit in sufficient numbers to elect him?
