First, we learned Justice Thomas sold property to a wealthy conservative activist.

Now we learn that Justice Gorsuch sold property to a lawyer whose firm had numerous cases in front of the Court.

Neither disclosed the buyer. How much more proof do we need of why the Court needs a code of ethics?
