Partial Verdict reached in Proud Boys Sedition Trial

Breaking on MSNBC, but they haven't released the actual results yet. They're talking about how some of the charges the jury struggled with.

Enrique Tarrio might get off since he wasn't in DC during Jan 6th.

Keeping in mind that seditious conspiracy really hasn’t been used much since just after the Civil War

I gave Garland credit for getting the seditious conspiracy charges he got, but I don't think they should go after Trump for it, it's just too hard to prove. There are numerous other crimes to charge Trump with.

But was convicted nonetheless as a co-conspirator leader of his family.

If Enrique Tarrio is not found guilty, he will still have to be watched closely for he has every incentive to do this again after the 2024 election.

Since this is a partial verdict, the seditious conspiracy charge is likely the one they're struggling with.

having laid the blame at Trumpsky's feet.

I can't see him having much credibility with anyone.
