that faulted Garland's DOJ for delaying for over a year in investigating the trump cabal's inciting of the J6 coup attempt...texts, emails could've been erased, notes destroy, memories faded during that time. There even seemed to be a no-mention of trump policy in place.
Carol Leonig, the reporter is on, as are two other expert guests.
IMO she has supplanted Rachel Maddow, who is o longer on everyday, as the go-to authority on politics on MSNBC as she continually has guests on with pertinent info, something Rachel rarely did when she was on everyday.

better choices. I feel Joe felt he had to make amends to Garland for McTurtle stealing his seat on SCOTUS.
Too bad, Garland hasn't done the job well. It must be uncomfortable and like walking on eggshells at the DOJ building today because everyone has read the article, and many there probably feel vindicated too.

(938 posts)Rachael has all but faded to the background to me. Nicole has ascended to my replacement source for current information on the goings on with everything. I hope MSNBC feels like they're getting their money's worth from Rachael. I realize she has the podcasts but there is nothing like constant face time in front of a national audience to hold interest.

(998 posts)Love how she refers to Trump as the "twice impeached, twice indicted, found liable for sexual assault, disgraced former President..."

(105,622 posts)I feel the public's view of Trump still doesn't feature the unanimous jury verdict that he committed sexual assault enough. He gets too much "well, it hasn't gone to trial yet" benefit-of-the-doubt for his other crimes, when that major crime is just being taken for granted. It ought to be the starting point for considering the kind of person he is. A sexual assailant.
