5. I read something last about resumes with he/him she/her being thrown away.

From what it said companies said they are seeing "problems" with new hires with pronouns on the resumes. It did not say what the problems where. But it kind of implied the new hires complain about the lack of DEI, and it was causing friction with older/longer term employees.
