Related: Editorials & Other Articles, Issue Forums, Alliance Forums, Region ForumsReuters got a copy of Georgia charges against Trump that were inadvertantly posted
on the docket and quickly taken down again - 13 charges. I wonder if they will add another charge for tampering with a witness before tomorrow.

(71,676 posts)If Trump or one of his cronies gets back into the White House, He could get any convictions scrubbed.
If that seems farfetched, well, we've seen a lot of far-fetched shit since he oozed down that escalator.

(13,208 posts)indicate all the charges under each one but that makes an awful lot of charges or if this referred to the paragraph # in another document, so I just counted the number of different statutes

(11,798 posts)some of them are duplicated, which argues that there are only 13 charges, but then there are the numbers down the left side of the page.

(105,589 posts)other people are listed with the same (or related) charges. So Trump is charge 1 "Violation of RICO", and charge 5 "Solicitation of Violation of Oath"; charges 2, 3, and 4 are other people (in that case, quite likely RICO too, for at one, since they're about organized crime).
It's possible that some of the intervening ones are different charges from those for Trump.

(4 posts)Theyre saying this is a fictitious document. Whatever it is, Republicans will run with it, screaming their heads off. Someone screwed up. Or, not to sound like a conspiracy theorist lol, someone is working from within in an attempt to clumsily sabotage. Gee, would Republicans do that??? 🙄🤪
