indicate all the charges under each one but that makes an awful lot of charges or if this referred to the paragraph # in another document, so I just counted the number of different statutes

some of them are duplicated, which argues that there are only 13 charges, but then there are the numbers down the left side of the page.

20. I would guess that doc is the charges against Trump himself, and the numbers show how many

other people are listed with the same (or related) charges. So Trump is charge 1 "Violation of RICO", and charge 5 "Solicitation of Violation of Oath"; charges 2, 3, and 4 are other people (in that case, quite likely RICO too, for at one, since they're about organized crime).

It's possible that some of the intervening ones are different charges from those for Trump.
