What's the World Record for the number of federal charges successfully defended against in the U.S.?

Would 44 straight wins get in the Guiness Book? Al Capone only beat 18 out of 23 charges in his 1931 trial.

The feds have a conviction rate of over 90% as I understand it. That doesn't bode well for RICO Suave.

I believe he's charged with 15 federal crimes between the Jan 6 case (4) and Documents (11) Hugh_Lebowski Aug 2023 #3

And asked for pardons each time you’d never clear them all

One of the Documents case indictments refers to 32 documents, it sorta inflates the numbers. I'd think he's convicted for all 32 of them, or none of them, but who knows

I think it's probably most logical to consider these as 2 cases. He's either going to get convicted on all charges, or on none of them. Federal Prosecutors have about 95% conviction rate, so he probably has about a 2.5% chance to escape penalty is my guess.
