The GOP is going to spin and use this as “one more example of the corrupt judicial system prosecution”…. Remember that this all would have been avoided had the biased and corrupt Cannon not struck the sealed filings by Smith (this very same info supporting his requested Garcia hearing).


Cannon needs to 1) quit relying on Fox News for information; and 2) wise up and realize Smith plays by the rules.
