A BLOGSLUT REVIEW:
Sure, new addition, Miss Kelly injects that long-needed XX diversity but with the loss of retired member, Joe, the gang just doesn't offer that special "kick". The harmonies are flat. The tone is dull. The songs are tired.
In today's debut performance, the re-booted trio tried to come out strong and tough but all they managed was something best resembling the actions of children on the playground.
So long, old gang.
The melodic strains of Grumpy McCain, Whiny Graham & Mumbley Joe are a thing of the past.

(38,002 posts)Me, I was just commenting on how sad this new "power trio" was today. Don't get me wrong, the warhawk-grouping of McCain, Graham and Lieberman have always pissed me off but the attempt to slip Ayotte in there like a "girl" would somehow make them appear 'bipartisan" was hilarious.
