As far as I know - zero. So all that crowing was just that - crowing, not based on real knowledge of the actual process.

You are assuming, based on your assessment that his booking information doesn't match your perception of what he weighs, that he (and he alone) was allowed to give information, rather than stepping on the scale.

I have not seen anyone with reason to know who has suggested that actually being weighed is part of the booking process (and there has been at least one person who indicated that in their own arrests in another jurisdiciton it was not). And from anything I've seen -using the other booking records to compare - no one was weighed.

In other words, from everything I can see - as to weight - he is being treated just like everyoe else.

It reminded me of Disney's Main Street Electrical Parade, where one cop car came hurriedly up with lights flashing, followed shortly by another. Then, a contingent of officers with their lights flashing escort the pending felon into the jail road. Twenty minutes (?), then gone again. You could set this parade to the Disney theme music.

Trump is a high profile, high risk target under secret service protection. He is going to skip a lot of the process for security reasons, just like any other high risk, high profile person would. The jail is another high risk element, and the goal would be to get him in there, and out as fast as possible to limit exposure.
The data entered into his booking sheet was likely pulled from his state drivers license in advance to speed the process. I know my DL has data on it that is inaccurate because it hasn't been corrected for years, it just carries over every time I renew it. It says my hair is black, but my hair is totally gray now, what is left of it anyway.
That is very likely where this information came from. I don't understand why so many people are so worked up about it. We can SEE what he is. What is on the booking sheet is irrelevant.

And the wheels of justice ARE turning. He's going through the same criminal process that everyone does. The only difference is that this asshole can afford the bond if he wants, and most people cant. He also has a target on his back, and the security is insane, but unfortunately required. He has been indicted, arrested, booked, fingerprinted, all of it (multiple times now, in fact), and he's had to post bail like anyone else would. I believe the justice system is working, and I'm also willing to wait for it to run the course, as irritating as the delays may be.
It seems that everyone wants to consider this done and over with, but it has only just started. He may be an ass, but he has been convicted of nothing, and the system is required to treat him as innocent until he is convicted of a crime. Will that happen? I won't pretend to know. My personal opinion is that some of the charges appear quite weak, so we may see a lot of those dissolve as the more sinister ones become the focus, and my bet is that he won't escape those. I don't think he's smart enough to take a deal, so this will likely drag on for a very, very long time, and it's probably not going to keep him off of any ballots when that date rolls around.
