I'll take "most vile, despicable piece of human garbage alive" for $500, Alex

It boggles the mind when you think of it...

Musk could have used his 46 billion in pocket change to help fight world hunger.

He could have used his 46 billion to lobby for universal health care, women's health care, voting rights ... the list goes on

Instead he used it to buy a social media company to ensure nazis & fascists have a megaphone.

Musk could have used his billions in government largess (Starlink, Space X subsidies) to help the people of Ukraine in their fight against an invading genocidal aggressor.

Instead he chose to help the enemy:

"Musk Secretly Used Starlink to Foil Ukrainian Drone Attack on Russian Ships: Report"

https://www.thedailybeast.com/musk-secretly-used-starlink-to-foil-ukrainian-drone-attack-on-russian-ships-report

If Musk isn't the most miserable excuse for a human being currently alive, he's certainly a contender.

You just can't do shit like that for a h po stile military power without breaking laws that have been layer down over almost a century to stop it.

Even during the height of the Cold War, when Julius and Ethel Rosenberg were tried, convicted and executed for conveying nuclear secrets to the Soviet Union, the charge against them was espionage, not treason.

Not only that, but a petty thief (albeit of very large amounts of money).

Musk stiffed Twitter vendors and dared them to sue—dozens did just that
https://arstechnica.com/tech-policy/2023/09/musks-unpaid-bills-dozens-of-lawsuits-try-to-force-twitter-aka-x-to-pay-up/

"Led by Musk and the cadres of sycophants who were internally referred to as the 'transition team,' Twitter's new leadership deliberately, specifically, and repeatedly announced their intentions to breach contracts, violate laws, and otherwise ignore their legal obligations," claimed the lawsuit filed in May 2023 by six former employees.

"Elon doesn't pay rent," one member of Musk's transition team allegedly told Tracy Hawkins, one of the plaintiffs in the severance case. Another member of the transition team allegedly told ex-employee and plaintiff Joseph Killian that "Elon told me he would only pay rent over his dead body."

The article contains a VERRRRRRRRRY long list of lawsuits.
Meanwhile, ad revenue is down (and it’s not the fault of the ADL; it’s his nazification of the site) and he pays RW scum to post there.

“… electric cars are in no way sustainable.”

While I think the Tesla itself is overrated, what makes you think that electric vehicles in general are unsustainable?

Is it the lithium-ion battery? I agree there are possible near term issues with lithium, but there are alternatives to it that are already in production. What other issues do you see?

If fossil fuel vehicles are unsustainable*, and electric vehicles are unsustainable, what do you propose to take their place? Or do you think that personal culture needs to be revamped? Changing that last one would be extremely difficult, barring a nationwide cataclysmic event that would require rebuilding our cities and infrastructure.

*I know you didn’t say this, but I think it’s a common perception among people who ponder such things. Please forgive me if I’m putting unwanted words in your mouth.

I don't know why he shut Starlink off, his explanation is silly beyond belief. I think there must be a side piece out there working for Putin. Nothing else can explain a lot of his recent actions. Since he thinks he can shut off services people have paid for just because perhaps it's time to deprive him of a few lucrative defense contracts for that service.
