because the 2 witnesses who the Feds needed to give testimony would have been very weak on the
stand. One was the underage girl (who still might love him) and the other was "his partner" with a
long history crime & fraud. According to Glenn Kirschner even though the DoJ made the right move
in dropping the charges it still sucks.
