Civil Fifth Amendment pleas have no bearing on criminal cases and cannot be used as evidence against a defendant. But a judge or jury in a civil trial can draw an inference of culpability when a witness or defendant pleads the Fifth.

If you deliberately ignore a judge's order, you are subject to a contempt of court charge, with likely an accompanying arrest warrant.
