So the infamous Donald Trump Organization is on trial and the person who controlled the reins, Donald Trump, is simmering over the truth. Default may not seen to be criminal, which in some cases is not; but inflating collateral property for loans, can be criminal.
1. Hurts lost of finances from creditors.
2. Hurts the Federal Government if the financial institution fails.
We all pay if fraud occurs.
Sadly, its a white-collar crime dealing with millions of dollars of talking money that should not occurred, YET, color crimes that are petty, have those serve time behind bars.
