BELVIDERE, Ill. — Introduced by Matt Frantzen, the local UAW 1268 President, President Joe Biden took the stage at 12:55 p.m.

They are typical right wingers who love the benefits of their union but can't see that it's their party that is in opposition to that union.

It's mind boggling.

"All unions are bad except for mine."

That's the way they think; when they bother to think at all.

I know someone else who is the same with his UPS union. He proudly sports a union bumper sticker on his truck and then votes for republicans and Trump.

To be honest, I don't interact with them much. But I wouldn't be surprised if they are.

They don't like when the UAW endorses a Democrat either. Even though there is a process including members in determining endorsements.

When he became disabled and could no longer work, they made sure GM paid his medical bills and took care of him.

They don't have a pension either. Instead they have to rely on their 401k.
I'm glad I got in when I did.
