Ukraine war must be over since the media decided to eliminate news about it.

Here was something I found on CNN:

Putin’s brutal war on Ukraine vanishes from news coverage amid raging conflict in Gaza

What I was seeing then wasn't journalism.

Before twitter came along I thought television was the worst medium for news and opinion. In retrospect I think that was true even in the "golden age" of network television when news departments were completely independent of network marketing departments and my dad would come home from his union job, pop open a beer, and watch Walter Cronkite.

My wife and I read most of our news, and sometimes listen to news on public radio. We don't have cable, satellite, or broadcast television, just two or three commercial-free streaming services and a DVD player.

One story says things are moving forward, the next say things are moving backwards. It's hard to gauge. I think viewers get frustrated with that and sort of move on.

And has been for months. Now we are entering the winter months so little will happen now. So, there is very little news to cover.
