I'm thinking the SC will rule AGAINST Colorado's SC decision. They will allow TFG's name on ballot. I also believe no way in hell will the SC rule that TFG has immunity. I hope the immunity ruling is a fast one. I'm thinking that the Circuit Court WILL rule against TFG's immunity, now how long will the SC sit on the appeal? (that's my question) What do you all think?

(44,797 posts)I don't think so. Maybe another 9-0 on keeping his name on ballot. THEN i'm thinking, IF Circuit court rules against TFG's immunity, the SC will just do what the did. (not hear the appeal) and we'll again see no descents? Guess we'll see.

I laugh because people believe the SC will do the right thing just because it shot down 60 stupid, frivolous, Trump election fraud appeals.
It was never about winning appeals for Trump, it was always about delay, now here we are looking down the barrel of the election.
Trump's judge Cannon has scheduled her trial for may 20th with the sole purpose of blocking Fani Willis and Jack Smith from having that time period.
The Appeals Court will shoot down immunity and then all the Supreme Court has to do is delay Smith's trial date until it conflicts with Cannon's.
Cannon will play games for a while and then it will be too late for her trial.
Brilliant move by Trump.
Keep an eye out for whether or not the Supreme Court expedites its immunity decision, that will be the key to getting Trump to trial pre-election.
When the election arrives, Trump and his cronies are going to try like hell to rig the election.
Did I mention that Time Matters? Polls show that if Trump is convicted he loses the election to Biden by 7 points.

(22,174 posts)The SC did say they would fast track immunity. So after the court of appeals rule against tfg,s immunity, everyone WILL be watching the SC. I say the will turn down the appeal, BUT how long will they sit on it? THAT is the million dollar question.

(32,314 posts)and I got that from Andrew Weissmann.
Jack Smith's trial is scheduled for March 4th, Cannon's for May 20th, do the math, the Supreme Court by delaying its decision can push Smith's trial right up against Cannon's.
No freaking way the court grants presidential immunity.

(32,314 posts)the vote should be 8-0 to toss Trump off the ballot, with Clarence recusing, but that isn't going to happen.
