What happens if tsf is declared the winner of the election

and then is convicted of election interference before the inauguration? Is he then ineligible to assume office? If so, who would become president? His opponent? His running mate? Or the speaker of the house? None of these?

Because that wouldn’t disqualify him. Unless he had the decency to resign, and that won’t happen.
