Christian Nationalism is like the Holy Roman Empire...

... which was neither Holy nor Roman. Christian Nationalism is neither Christian, nor Nationalist. Their "Christianity" is the opposite of everything the faith teaches, and the Nation they want to bring about is the opposite of everything the USA is supposed to stand for.

that some people devote their life to this crazy stuff. Given the choice to decide how we live and what we believe how did we ever come up with this concept? I just look at the sad history of religion and think....huh?

Or am I just weird?
