What am I missing...

All this crap about Joe Biden being the "brand" seems to have taken place during a time he wasn't vice president, and wasn't in any government role. Was not Bobulinski talking about a May 2017 meeting? Biden was not VP then!

I don't think Biden was interested in ever being in government again after he left office in 2017. The only reason he came out of retirement was to beat Trump's butt in 2020.
