Hamas could stop the current conflict by surrendering the rapists and cowards who perpetrated 10/7 and releasing the hostages. But they wont, because they are rapists and cowards.

Hamas may be "eliminated" however that is defined, and some sort of victory will be declared by Bibi. Then the next terrorist iteration will arise, slowly but inevitably. They will find new weak points, new strategies, new allies, new ways to terrorize. I'll bet the farm.
