MSNBC is getting the appeal judgement wrong

They said the appeal only stays enforcement of the collection. The correspondent on Andrea Mitchell just said the stay does not lift the restriction for Trump to get a loan from a NY financial institution. However, the order clearly does lift this as well as most other provisions. The only provisions NOT stayed are the monitor and compliance director. They said this twice on the segment covering the issue.

NBC/MSNBC seems to be unhealthy on not just who they hire, but basic facts on current issues.

If it was Lisa Rubin she admitted to her mistake on twitter. Not sure if she did it elsewhere, regarding the loans. chowder66 Mar 2024 #2
