that allegedly contain the nutrients of fruits and vegetables the human body needs.
The ads show a hand filled with a bunch of capsules to be taken daily. Anyone tried the product? They're mailed to your doorstep but the amount of caps shown to be taken daily seem to be quite expensive. Nothing like the one-a-day vitamins/supplements some take.

(21,955 posts)Their TV ads are so over the top with claims.
They have been sued for false advertising and signing people up for subscriptions

(279 posts)Their review cites opaque quality control, high cost, issues with delivery, some weird tastes, and the fact that the FDA has issued an order for them to halt all sales and manufacturing until they meet industry standards.
Otherwise, you pays your money and you takes your chances.
Another first world problem.

(65,428 posts)The vitamin & mineral content acquired per day is awfully close to that gotten from Centrum Silver.
The first month's supply of "Fruits & Veggies", discounted 22%, is 70 bucks. Then, it's $90 a month.
200 days worth of Centrum Silver For Men is $20.
$540 vs. $20. Hard to grasp why anyone believes an OTC supplement is worth a thousand extra per year.

If only it were that simple.

(6,649 posts)They dehydrate fruits and vegetables, grind them into powder, and put the powder into air-tight capsules.
Maybe they taste good if you pray first?
