Mission could be accomplished this go-round without a break-in at Congress. Quiet coup. It is getting scary. Some Rule of Law we have. Shit

We did this before. Like in 1776.

When it's over, we can send the Supreme Court home, they are no longer of any use. Which is the same thing trump will do if they stop serving him.

As bad as it was in 2000 with self-described swing-vote Anthony Kennedy, and Sandra Day "I Just Didn't Want Al Gore To Be President" O'Conner, it will be orders of magnitude worse with the current bench. We need to put Joe Biden so far over the top in November, the SC would need a telescope to even begin thinking about 'too close to call' judicial misconduct.

And here's another thing -- if, as expected, the Court remands the Jan 6 case to the District Court to make additional determinations regarding the distinction between "official" and "private" acts, its likely that the trial won't be completed before election day. But its also very possible that the trial will be underway at that time. And that may not be such a bad thing. That's because, despite the certainty that many posters have that Trump will be convicted, that is not guaranteed. After all, its a jury trial and juries can be unpredictable And the very worst thing that could happen before election day would be for Trump to be acquitted or for there to be a hung jury. Also while a conviction before election would be the best outcome, a conviction will be appealed so the outcome will still be up in the air. Thus, arguably, having the case still ongoing on election day takes the worst possible outcome out of play.

The current radical GOP SCOTUS was 1 vote short in 2020 because Coney-Barrett didn't get on the SCOTUS until after most of the big 2020 election rulings. The current radical GOP SCOTUS is giving every indication that they'll do what they need to to install tRump against the will of the people just like the radical 2000 GOP SCOTUS did to install W against the will of the people. We are truly living in terrifying anti-democracy times.

And Barrett joined in voting against Trump in the executive privilege case.

Only Alito and Thomas are predictably in the tank for Trump personally.

The rest of the conservatives can be counted on to rule against the people in most cases, but are not predictable pro-Trump votes.

Don't in any way count on Coney-Barrett concerning tRump. She claimed she would respect precedent on Roe vs Wade during her confirmation hearing and we know how that turned out.

1. This SC allows the justices to take bribes.
We have no idea who is being bribed besides Thomas, and we do not know the identity of all the benefactors.

2. One justice is married to a traitor and criminal, guilty of the same crimes and behavior the court rules on.

3. We also know the SC in part consists of partisan hacks who impose a white christian minority view on
Americans with no regard for the welfare of our country or people.

4. The SC doesn't even hide the fact it makes decisions in favor of a corrupt and criminal ex president.
Doing whatever they can to install this reprobate back into the WH.

The SCOTUS lost its legitimacy in 2000 when they stopped the legal Florida vote count and installed W against the will of the people. It's been downhill ever since.

And they will do it again without blinking.

They are the US monarchy. Acting illegally but immune.
