Yes, it states Israel destroyed its own drones, but says nothing about “helping” the percentage. Immediately shooting down drones

is the default course of action because the time between when a drone might be detected and when it could execute an attack is usually measured in "seconds."

2. I was skeptical about this 'report' on the day it happened.

IMHO.
Remember the nuclear WMD's in Iraq? I didn't trust that report in 2003.
