Meidas Touch: Ohio trying to invalidate President Biden from November Election.

MeidasTouch host Ben Meiselas reports on how the Ohio Republican Party has removed President Biden from the 2024 General election ballot in that State.

Some stupid 2010 state law that requires Presidential Nominations 90 days before the General Election.

Typically, they would pass an extension, but in the MAGA-controlled Ohio government, that might not happen.

4. Pretty sure SCOTUS just forced their own hand if this gets litigated.

But who knows... I wouldn't be that shocked to see them invalidating a ruling they made 3 months ago for crass political purposes.

It needs to be litigated immediately! It's either that or the Dem leadership formalizes President Bidens' nomination prior to the actual convention. There seems to be a disturbing degree of complacency by the leadership regarding this matter. Time is of the essence because the MAGAT scumbags, who rule Ohio with absolute impunity, would like nothing more than having Biden and the entire Dem ticket totally neutered.

The Colorado case turned on a constitutional issue.

This does not.

The reasoning fucks them unless they are willing to be transparently cynical. We'll see how low they are willing to go.
