Love how one of our local TV news departments airs positive tRump shit, and one of the other one

doesn’t. Local CBS positive, local ABC neutral news on tRump. At least it feels that way. A very long time ago my father sold TV advertisements in our Madison area for the local CBS station. We could only watch TV on that CBS station. I didn’t even know ABC and NBC existed. I’d go to school and my fellow classmates would be talking about something they saw on TV and I say, “ well I didn’t see that”. My family got our first color tv when that local CBS station went to color programs. We were practically the first home to even have a color TV, so I’ve always had kind of a connection with CBS……now can’t really deal with my local CBS station in the La Crosse area, way to pro tRump for my taste.

Broadcast from Madison and Rockford. And the antenna was on the roof and huge.

Don't see a station in La Crosse owned by them. Sounds like the station programming manager is driving the pro-tRump coverage.

Suggest finding another local station or start getting local news from other sources (newspaper, websites).

I dumped my local ABC Sinclair affiliate when all of the news readers were forced to recite pro-Trump talking points during the 2020 election season. It had been my “go to” station for many years and it was painful to see it so compromised and corrupted.

4. You could only watch CBS? I worked in radio for 11 years.

It never would have occurred to me to only listen to the station where I was employed at the time.

My dad was pretty strict so……..we only watched that CBS channel.
