George Clooney AND Matt Damon

Last edited Fri Jan 20, 2012, 02:39 AM - Edit history (1)

Oh, and Daniel Craig

FWIW, they probably weren't photographed together so no need to worry about uncomfortable Obama talk. Annie Leibovitz seems to be using PhotoShop a lot lately.

4. Matt Damon's pose is very familiar. I think I have seen it in a different picture.

But Matt Damon's arm looks extremely long. It's as if the hand, wrist and forearm portion of his arm is disproportionately long, as if it belonged to a taller man. That's my view at least.

Daniel Craig: 'Politicians Are Shitheads, Backstabbers'

Politicians are sh*theads," Craig asserted. "That's how they become politicians, even the good ones. We're actors, we're artists, we're very nice to each other. They'll turn around and stab you in the f*cking back."

...

For his part, Craig thinks that it requires a certain mastery of issues and one's own tongue to make political statements as a celebrity, pointing to actor/activist George Clooney as an example of someone who has what it takes to do so.

"George has his finger on the political pulse, and he's one of those guys who can get up and talk, and I don't have that," he says. "If someone shoves a microphone in your face and says, 'Explain yourself,' you have to have a 100 percent understanding of why you're doing it, and unless you're 100 percent, don't f*cking do it, leave it alone, let your work speak for itself."

10. No? Being a foreigner means your opinions about US politics don't matter here?

I should have used that line whenever Andrew Sullivan got extensively quoted here. (Although he did just become a US citizen last year, he's been held up as a sage here for a few years despite being from England)
