I kind of think placing the 10 Commandments in every class room guides students to NOT become republicans

For one thing, if the gop stopped 'bearing false witness' they'd become mute. Don't even get me started on the coveting, adultery and stealing.

And then starts the bigger mess. Which bible to follow and which church to put in charge. It will end up being like a massive remake of 'Lord of the Flies'.

on how not to be like Trump. I wonder what would happen if Buddhists asked to post the Four Noble Truths and the Eightfold Path, which also contain good advice for living; or if Muslims requested the Five Pillars of Islam? I think I know the answer.

Don't cuss, be nice to your parents, don't kill, don't lie, don't steal, don't cheat on your spouse, don't crave other people's stuff. Follow these rules and you won't be an asshole and you won't be like Trump.

entitled little snots the rest of the kids have to deal with. The example their parents have set, especially during COVID will make them a real treat for teachers too.

Maybe even the 2 remaining, but I think a lot go to church on Sunday, but mostly ro appear holier than thou, and maybe some honor their parents.
