That is the underpinning of Trump's whole appeal. A lot of us don't want to believe that about the folks around us. We want to believe everyone is decent and follows their better angels. Instead we have been shown through things like the Milgram experiment, the Third Wave experiment, the Stanford prison experiment, and Abu Ghraib that most of us are a blend of good and bad and it doesn't take much for the bad to come to the fore.

Women especially, have been feeling the squeeze from states enacting draconian laws regarding Abortion and reproductive care. They are pissed.

I went to 3 Choice Marches in DC the '90's, early '00s.

Plus the 3 Women's Marches here in NYC before Covid.
