What do you think about Beto as a VP?

Blast from the past, I know, but the pro of choosing him is we wouldn't necessarily be pulling him from an existing job or losing a seat.

I guess the con is--where TF is he? He seems to disappear a lot. Has he ever been fully vetted?

You would think that people would want to free themselves from that type of tyranny but maybe not.

Just my opinion, but he doesn't really check any of the boxes.

He is less relevant now than he was four years ago. His losing to Abbott by 11 points pretty much ended his political career.

Beto is viewed (fairly or unfairly) as an open-borders, gun hating lightweight. He's failed to win statewide now twice. Both Cruz and Abott are terrible and Beto could not beat them. IOW, he does not bring anything to the table that Kamala already has. We need a more moderate white guy like Cooper or Shapiro that can win over a swing state.

Compared to Kamala.

See him on a lot of magazine covers, but no major achievements.

Registering voters all across the state, and keeping up with them. He has tons of volunteers working in this effort.
I get about 10 emails a week about this
It's good work. Beto is not one to sit idly by and watch others
