It has long been my custom to quote Will when he said, "I'm not a member of any organized political party. I am a Democrat." After seeing the party rally around VP Harris, I think we may have turned a corner.

This is pretty remarkable, though. It seems to be a concerted effort, which is fine with me. We need to have this kind of focus more often.

"Democrats will always find a way to snatch defeat from the jaws of victory". Which I never agreed with. But think that the party has gotten smarter over the years in communicating with the public.
