I would only call a cop if there were active shooting going on, or something really major. Wouldn't stop me from helping a cop, but they are sometimes nuts, with poor results. The whole incident was on camera, except that the cop had his body camera turned off. But other cameras caught that, and there you are, minus one innocent lady who just called for help.
