I live in a red rural farm town in NW WA called Stanwood.

Our Republican headquarters is situated in a run down strip mall called Viking Village. Up the street from run down mall is the “police station“ (picture Andy and Barney). The weekly Farmers Market is Fridays in the parking lot behind the police station. The last few months the republicans have been erecting an EZ up in front of the Rep HQ on farmers market day. Trump flags, banners, all their crap that makes my skin crawl. Today I was going to stop by on my way home from the farmers market and ask if they had a “Weird Flag” I could buy. Sadly nobody was there. GONE!!!!
This made me feel really good although very slightly disappointed.

We lived down in Snohomish County (7 lakes area) but spent many a day up on Camano. Their porch jutted out over the sea wall, so it felt like being surrounded by water when the tide was in.
