if those drones that appeared suddenly then stopped just as quickly, were the Elongated Muskkkrat's threat to our country?

I sound crazy (I pretty much think I am!) but, the drone thing was weird to say the least, I read all this stuff that the muskkkrat is doing and now that I think about it, those drones were out during the lame duck time, were they there to distract and intimidate, or to just distract? Was it all part of a plan? I just can't shake the feeling that there was something more to it than what appeared, and now he's looking to stage a coup. Help me understand what is happening, please?
