I just started re-reading "The Rich and the Super-rich" by Ferdinand Lundberg. I find it very relaxing to understand the road that's brought us here. Not surprising at all. he's such a great writer, and it has so much really boring financial charts, and percentages of wealth, that make my eyes cross, but the writing that follows the re-focusing of the eyes is almost whimsical.
