I like the idea of gun lovers insurance

Let the private sector be the bad guy that requires mental heath checks, training, etc. before they insure anyone and risk losing millions. No insurance, no gun

I'm more for requiring insurance than ever. Gun ownership is a right, but a right, subject to substantial regulation.
