I would like to personally thank the twisted and Godless scum who make up the congregation of the Westboro Baptist Church.

You've single-handedly been able to make one of the greatest tragedies in American history even more tragic, and thereby, are helping us finally take assault rifles off of American streets.

The outrage you've spurred protesting the victims of gun violence makes banning those weapons just that much easier to accomplish.

Trust Me: We'll be coming for the guns you keep in your own personal arsenals - as well as everyone else's - with just as much zeal as you've had in persecuting the LGBT community.

And we'll have you, in part, to thank.
