Possibly silly idea...

So, I realize it may be silly, but if enough people did it, it might get some people in Washington's attention. What if those of us concerned about the potential benefits cuts each sent the White House, our Senators, and Reps a can of cat food, along with a note saying we oppose any cuts to SS, Medicare, or Medicaid. It might feel a little more active than a call or email (which we should also do)

Any thoughts?

In fact, it would serve more than one purpose, it would also help the USPS by utilizing their services to send your message. I might do that myself.
