Boehner asking taxpayers to cover his "Plan B" ?

So, Boehner is just going to behave irresponsibly concerning his budget negotiations on behalf of the wealthy, and use "Plan B" to prevent unwanted consequences to his career from the fiscal cliff. From what I understand, if it's a legitimate negotiation, our governing body has ways of shutting that whole fiscal cliff thing down.
