They lied about the Bush Tax Cuts from day one

THEY voted on it to last only until 2010. They said it was to use surplus money and would never increase the deficit.
And now they are saying the end of the TEMPORARY tux cut they put in place would be a giant tax increase by Obama.
And The President is letting them get away with it, again.

He is leading them to get away with it. All he has to do is fool enough of his "own" Party.

former President George W. Bush specifically proposed his tax cuts as "temporary", not permanent.

It would be raising taxes if the new rates were permanent. But they aren't. Temporary means it will come to an end someday. There is an expectation the rates would be raised at some point in time to where they originally were, not beyond that amount/rate.

And letting the clock run out, tax rates will go up by the hand of George W. Bush. He proposed it, and Congress passed it. Not Obama.
