There are over 2,000 planned protests (I believe the actual number will be closer to 3,000).

On HANDS OFF April 5th protest had 5.2 million. This protest will have double that.

6. We went into Iraq with about 150-200,000 troops...

The generals told Bush they would need 300,000 troops to properly police the country after the war ended. They didn't get them.

Iraq is roughly the size of California. Now assuming there won't be quite as many militant assholes in California creating problems as there were in Iraq, 2000 National Guard troops and 700 Marines seems like a pretty small force to "take over" a state.

The US Army plus the Marines are not big enough to "take over" the entire country.
